Family Discovery Session — $50
This starting service includes a detailed intake review, up to one hour of preliminary review and light research, initial FamilySearch tree assistance when appropriate, an up-to-30-minute consultation, and recommended next steps.
Additional research is optional and is discussed only after the initial session. If further work is recommended, you will receive a customized proposal outlining the suggested scope, estimated timeline, and investment before any additional work begins.

2. Preliminary Review
I organize the information, begin the tree when appropriate, and perform light research.
3. Discovery Session
We discuss findings, research gaps, realistic next steps, scope, and cost.
Discovery Session Intake Form
Complete as much of the form as you comfortably can. Approximate years and places are useful when exact information is unknown. Your submission will be sent through the Family Ties Research website for review.
